Q: How can I pay First In The Nation-1854 LLC?
A: We do our best to be as flexible with payment options as possible. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express, as well as PayPal.
Q: Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
A: Currently, we ship to the USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Cayman Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Guam, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Korea, Republic of, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands (British), Virgin Islands (U.S.) and APO addresses. If you live outside the U.S. and do not have an APO address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to help you.
Q: I’m deployed overseas and have an APO address, how do I order?
A: The only difference between APO orders and any other order is that APO customers MUST USE USPS for shipping. For security reasons it is extremely difficult to ship anything to APOs from any other shipping source. We apologize if this is an inconvenience.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We offer US Postal Service (7-14 days). APO orders must ship USPS and arrival times vary greatly by location and the whims of the government.
Q: How do I Return/Exchange items?
A: Unworn, unwashed clothing can be returned for a full refund (NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING) within 45 days of receiving the product. Mail products to the following address:

Q: How long does it take to ship out if I order now?
A: We normally ship out within 24-48 hours.

Q: What if an item is out of stock?
A: Although every attempt is made to offer products that are currently in stock, we may go out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail. If we must back order an item that is part of a larger order, the items we do have in stock will ship and the back ordered item will ship when we have them back in stock.
Q: What does (Pre-order Only) mean?
A: These are items that are not in stock yet and are available to preorder. This means that you can place your order and we will ship these items to you as soon as we do get them in stock.
Q: How secure is my credit card?
A: Very Secure. We strive to make your shopping experience as secure as possible. We use secure socket layer [SSL] protocol, the industry standard for ensuring the security of your electronic commerce transactions. SSL uses 128-bit encryption for all personal information in transit over the Internet, including your credit card number, name and address. This technology is designed to protect your information.
Q: Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?
A: Orders shipping to destinations outside the European Union or outside the United States might incur duties and taxes. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are NOT responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.
